Financial Accountant - Accounts Payable
Ebury Malaga office - 4 days a week office-based (1 day from home office)
As a Financial Accountant, you will work in the Finance - Global Account Servicesdepartment.

Working as a key part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for processing invoiceson the accounts payable side, making payments, and controlling expenses. Responsibilities:
* Executing supplier’s payments by receiving, processing and verifying the invoices.
* Handling and resolving all vendor queries regarding finance.
* Ensuring accuracy by reconciling processed work through verifying entries andcomparing system reports to balances.
* Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
* Participating in cross-departmental projects.
* Collaborating in the external audit process.
* Collaborating in the implementation of new systems
* Managing the verification of expense reports
Requirements:
* Experienced in finance on the Accounts payable department.
* University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a relatedfield.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle, SAP,and NAV).
* Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.

* Highly detail-oriented, with a professional attitude and exceptional reliability.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
