About the roleThe Customer Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role within the Country Sales & Trade Marketing team, being responsible for coordinating 4P's activation excellence in store across its channel and brands with a clear focus on growing sell out for our brands.

Your responsibilities

Activation of LSM guidelines for focus brands at customer level

Placement compliance by customer, collects input from customers and adapt brand strategy to each of the realities

Promo strategy compliance and optimization based on customer learnings.

Seizes category management project opportunities where applicable, including ad-hoc shelf projects

Defines targets by customer aligned with Mkt& Sales and build robust plan to achieve it

NPDs implementation plan on the market

LSM scorecards

Provide sell-in & sell-out customer analysis, understanding which are the main KPIS impacting on it and adjusting plans based on latest information

Develop the brand strategy for the T2T meetings and develop compelling trade stories

Regularly monitor and improve in-market execution (field visits, 4P execution)

Brands Promo and activation guidelines by customer, ROI calculation and implementation evaluation together with KAM. Proposes action plan for gaps recovery

Define secondary placements activation strategy

The experience we are looking for

At least 3/4 years of experience in same role or similar.

Previous experience in FMCG/Pharma companies will be valuable.

English: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken).

Skills: Analytical skills, Strategic thinking, Presentation skills.
