The Role
Mas Maya is a fast-growing international start-up looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Digital Operations Executive to join our team based in Conil de la Frontera (on-site).
This role is responsible for owning the day-to-day digital execution of the business — ensuring our website, systems, and internal tools run smoothly, stay aligned, and are consistently up to date.
You'll be the link between ideas and execution, while also acting as a go-to person for internal tech support and problem solving across the team.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys figuring things out — from improving workflows to troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify & Website ManagementManage and maintain our Shopify stores day-to-dayEnsure all content is accurate, on-brand, and up to dateKeep translations aligned and consistent across all languagesUpload and update products, pages, blogs, and landing pagesMaintain site hygiene (broken links, UX issues, outdated content)Support SEO implementation (metadata, structure, content updates)
Email & Campaign ExecutionBuild and send newsletters using KlaviyoUpload content provided by the team into campaignsEnsure correct segmentation and targeting of audiencesMaintain consistency in layout, formatting, and brand presentation
Task & Workflow OwnershipManage and prioritise incoming tasks based on business impactEnsure deadlines are met without constant oversightBring structure to recurring operational tasksMake sure nothing falls through the cracks
Developer CoordinationAct as the main point of contact with developersTranslate business needs into clear, structured briefsFollow up on progress and ensure quality deliveryQA test all updates before they go live
Systems & Internal Tech SupportTroubleshoot day-to-day tech issues across the teamSet up emails, accounts, computers, and printersSupport tools such as Shopify, CRM systems, and automationsHelp keep the team operational and efficient
Process ImprovementDocument and improve internal workflows (SOPs)Identify inefficiencies and suggest better ways of workingSupport implementation of new systems and tools
Customer Journey & Conversion SupportAssist in improving the online customer experienceSupport optimisation of forms, quote flows, and funnels
Quality ControlEnsure all work is accurate, functional, and on-brandCatch and resolve issues before they become problemsTake ownership of mistakes and fix them quickly
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
This is not a passive role — you will be expected to prioritise, troubleshoot, and keep operations running smoothly without constant direction.
