Mission
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in the professionalization and evolution of the visual communication function. The mission of this position is to lead and execute graphic design projects end-to-end while contributing to the digital transformation and operational structuring of the design workflow.
This role has a direct impact on brand consistency, product presentation, and operational efficiency, acting as a technical reference for design-related processes across multiple departments and external collaborators.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Development
* Develop and maintain brand identity assets in alignment with corporate and product strategies.
* Design packaging solutions for proprietary products and customer-specific developments.
* Create visual materials for trade fairs, campaigns, and commercial initiatives in coordination with marketing stakeholders.
* Design and layout catalogs, brochures, displays, banners, and corporate stationery.
* Produce and manage internal and external design approval protocols.
Visual Content Production
* Coordinate and support product photography and video content, working closely with marketing partners.
* Prepare artwork for print and ensure technical accuracy prior to production.
* Review and approve printed materials for both internal use and customer-facing applications.
* Create and manage barcodes, labels, and internal identification systems.
Process Digitalization & Tool Implementation
* Lead the digitalization and automation of the design department's workflows.
* Define, implement, and manage platforms for design requests, approvals, file storage, and version control.
* Structure repositories for customer designs, packaging layouts, dies, and product-related assets.
* Act as a key user and internal reference for adopted tools, ensuring cross-departmental usability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with external marketing agencies and internal communication roles.
* Provide design support to commercial, purchasing, and other operational departments.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, print houses, and external production partners.
Required Qualifications
* Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of
3 years of professional experience
in a similar graphic design role within an industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environment.
* Proven experience in
digitalizing and structuring design workflows or departments
.
* Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
* Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS for layout or digital assets.
* High level of English, used in professional and technical contexts.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and maintain structured documentation.
