**Omega CRM, a leader in Technology Solutions, is looking to develop its Marketing practice with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud.**:Main duties:- Support the definition of the Marketing Automation strategy.- Campaign management and customization with the coordination of the rest of the team.- Planning the different tasks involved in the launch of a communication and identifying the associated agents.- Interlocution with the rest of the teams to perform tasks among the different users involved in the launching of a campaign.- Follow-up of the launch to ensure the quality of the contact and the campaign in addition to the analysis of the results of the campaign.- Ensure the promotional content quality.- Validate the creativity of customer communication, making proposals for improvement.**Experience**:- Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role.- Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation.- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce).- Knowledge to manage marketing projects.- Ability to leverage collaboration to produce well-crafted content.- Advanced level of English.
