KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Provide timely and exceptional tax support to our business verticals, covering all aspects of taxation—both direct and indirect—with a focus on structuring operations in various countries where we do business.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on tax-relevant matters.
Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors across the countries where we operate.
Review and refine group policies to identify and mitigate tax risks.
Stay updated on tax law developments and legislation that may impact our structure.
Offer tax guidance on potential financial restructuring projects within the group.
Prepare and review quarterly tax accruals to ensure accuracy.
Oversee quarterly tax reconciliations and communicate any required adjustments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s in taxation is a plus.
Experience in a similar position minimum 3-6 years.
Excellent understanding and experience in dealing with various direct and indirect taxes that may affect business, including international taxation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations and apply them to business situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
