What will you do?
Support
Indra Space
in End-to-End mission projects, reporting to the Head of End-to-End Systems Engineering Competence Centre.
Coordinate technical groups for design, trade-off analysis, development, and verification of critical subsystems.
Assess customer and mission needs to define system requirements and ensure interface compatibility.
Develop and maintain spacecraft system architecture, ensuring consistency across all subsystems.
Lead interdisciplinary design coherence and verification for subsystems such as OBDH, propulsion, AOCS, communication systems, and electrical power.
Perform trade-off analyses, simulations, and optimization of mass, power, cost, and performance at system level.
Coordinate hardware and software integration across subsystems.
Lead troubleshooting and anomaly resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation: requirements, ICDs, design reviews, and verification plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure mission and operational requirements are met.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in relevant roles within the aerospace industry.
Experienced systems engineer capable of assuming technical leadership responsibilities.
Detailed knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems.
Familiarity with MBSE philosophy and space-related analysis/design tools (CATIA, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD...).
Hands-on approach to cross-functional technical issues.
Knowledge of integration and testing techniques and ECSS standards.
English fluent (B2 minimum). Spanish is a plus.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
