Job Description
The Moulding Process Engineer is responsible for process capability, cost reduction and continuous improvement project implementation within their designated manufacturing unit. The role supports capacity planning and growth, as well as defines budgeted rates and process documentation.
Main Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain BD Excellence processes in the manufacturing unit.
* Identify critical equipment settings and create standards.
* Develop and transfer technical knowledge to operators and technical associates.
* Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
* Analyze top losses and implement plans to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
* Manage change control, including validation activities, root cause analysis of OEE losses, and quality events.
* Support business needs with additional duties.
* Commission molding equipment.
* Actively participate in solving issues with automatic machines.
* Manage assigned projects and prepare technical documentation and specifications.
* Lead validation and commissioning processes for production equipment.
* Participate in the automation of manufacturing, management, and reporting processes.
* Participate in the purchase of new equipment.
About You
University degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
Experience managing or coordinating processes or projects.
Fluent in English (C1).
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Experience in injection molding process.
Salary Range
EUR 40,000 - EUR 57,000.
