The team you will join:
You will join the Multienergía B2C y Fidelización team within D. Multienergía B2C y E-Commerce, where you'll work to improve customer knowledge and interaction, aligning processes, operations, culture, and technology to develop a multienergy B2C offering that maximizes value.
Participation in this role enables you to be part of the business transformation, positioning the customer at the center of decision-making, providing the best user experience and advantages. We seek someone with experience in project development, an entrepreneurial attitude, results orientation, and commercial skills.
Main tasks:
1. Conceptualize and develop projects within the Fidelización Area.
2. Manage commercial relationships with partners (third-party loyalty programs, groups, etc.), define the annual commercial plan, and monitor campaigns in coordination with other areas (Marketing, IT, etc.).
3. Drive transformation of current loyalty programs and implement them across channels.
4. Collaborate in developing Repsol's multienergy B2C offering, ensuring cross-business management.
5. Benchmark, analyze indicators and results of loyalty programs, customer behavior, market trends, etc., to understand cause-effect and propose improvements.

Ideal candidate:
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
* Experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or client-facing projects involving transversal teamwork.
* Strong commercial and analytical skills, proficiency with Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
