HSE WF Coordinator (M/F/d)

Responsibilities
* Handle documents creation, review, and maintenance for the EPC-PM-HSE Management System. Responsible for creating and updating supervision forms (Check Lists, HSE Instructions, H&S Plans, etc.).
* Define training content for HSE NX teams on site for all EPC-PM related activities.
* Interface with Engineering or Technical Departments regarding HSE aspects via the NCR system in Committees.
* Follow-up with Engineering to implement design changes based on Project’s Lessons Learned.
* Set up HSE data collection methods in PM/EPC (dashboards, weekly reports, etc.).
* Create global action plans using project data, such as strategic subcontractor task forces.
* Compile and share HSE Lessons Learned from projects.
* Lead and support improvement projects related to culture, IT tools, and global HSE processes and documentation.
* Support safety alerts and notifications, including document elaboration with Engineering & Legal departments.
* Report to Global Lead functions.
* Ensure PPE availability, revision, and training for global NX employees onsite.
* Define standardized lists of certificates and training requirements for HSE teams.
* Support HSE Country Managers to ensure safe activities by Nordex and contractors, complying with environmental and safety standards.
* Assist in creating HSE contractual packages and participate in weekly project HSE meetings.
* Support HSE tendering processes, including review of client requirements and technical documentation.
* Assist in incident and accident investigations, lessons learned, and reporting using EPC-PM templates.
* Participate in audits and support ISO certification processes.
* Review CVs and conduct interviews for site HSE roles.
Required Profile
* Higher education in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Environmental) and postgraduate studies in Health, Safety, and Environmental.
* High-Intermediate English level.
* Desirable: 10 years of experience as a Health Safety or Environment Manager, preferably in construction or civil works activities.
* Good interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, proactivity, dynamism, communication skills, and analytical thinking.
