Lead the Urban and Rural Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.Focus on urban GTM in towns with populations over 10 Lakh, including outlet and frequency selection. For rural GTM, select town classes and determine outreach frequency. Decide on manpower levels for both urban and rural areas.Channel and Program ManagementManage channel structures and inputs, develop programs for wholesale, superstores, and chemists, and oversee visibility implementations.IT DevelopmentsImplement and roll out DMS and other sales IT initiatives.Monitoring and PlanningManage databases of programs, outlets, and beats;
plan distribution drives and offtake activities.Key Performance IndicatorsAchieve sales targets and improve distribution metrics.Educational QualificationsUniversity degree required;
