In this role, you will carry out sales and promotion activities of Armacell products in the assigned area, in accordance with budgets and commercial policies for Iberia. Your goal is to achieve sales, profitability, margins, and market share objectives.
YOUR TASKS:
* Establish effective communication with direct and indirect customers in the area
* Manage and provide service to customers
* Achieve sales and margin targets
* Build close relationships with main stakeholders to empower Armacell
* Promote Armacell solutions at specifiers and jobsites
* Stay updated on regulation requirements and inform customers
* Collaborate with the customer service team
YOUR PROFILE:
* Preferably a technical degree in HVAC, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
* At least 3 years of experience in technical sales within the construction industry
* Strong customer focus with a proven track record
* Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Solution-oriented, analytical, and capable of resolving technical problems
* Team player with strong business acumen and knowledge of construction industry norms
