Assistant Beach Manager – Punta-Cana, DR – Up to $1,500 per month
Our client, is a 5-star hotel renowned for its luxurious atmosphere and world-class service. As Assistant Beach Manager, you’ll ensure a seamless beach and lounge experience, overseeing service and operations to provide guests with a top-tier experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a dynamic team in a stunning beachfront setting.
* 1,500 USD per month with 13-month salary and additional commission
* Expat Package, Private insurance, company staff housing, and one flight per year to your home country
* Enjoy 30 days of annual leave and three days off every 15 days
What they are looking for :
* Previous experience in beach or poolside operations, with a strong focus on guest service and hospitality.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-energy environment.
* Experience in coordinating events or activities, ideally in a luxury hospitality setting.
* Experience in the Caribbean or at a tropical resort is an asset, with an understanding of guest expectations in a beachfront setting.
