Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for supplier crisis management.
* Coordinate with internal teams and supplier stakeholders to stabilize operations.
* Implement corrective actions and ensure continuity of supply chain processes.
* Lead change and transition initiatives to restore normal operations.
* Monitor and report on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
* Drive industrialization efforts to prevent future disruptions.
Deliverables
* Crisis Management Plan tailored to supplier operations.
* Weekly status reports on recovery progress and risk assessment.
* Action plan for process stabilization and long-term improvements.
* Documentation of lessons learned and preventive measures for future incidents.
Requirements
* Strong experience in Supply Chain Management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of Line of Business (LOB) processes.
* Expertise in change and transition management.
* Ability to lead industrialization processes.
