We are seeking an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility, drive website traffic, and enhance brand awareness. The role involves optimizing website content, implementing SEO techniques, managing digital advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business goals.

Position Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify SEO opportunities.
* Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for better search engine rankings.
* Develop and implement link building strategies to increase domain authority.
* Create and optimize SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and digital platforms.
* Develop content calendars, editorial schedules, and promotion plans to drive engagement.
* Collaborate with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to produce relevant content.
* Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
* Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
* Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Manage social media accounts, publish content, and respond to comments.
* Leverage analytics tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Monitor website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
* Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
* Use data insights to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
Candidate Qualifications

* Associate Degree, Certification in Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

* Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
* Knowledge of social media platforms, CMS, and email marketing platforms.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
* Creative thinking and passion for industry trends and innovations.
