We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Girona. As an on-site position, local residency is strongly preferred to ensure timely support for plant operations.
The successful candidate will lead our plant's health and safety function, working closely with the Operations, Finance, and Human Resources departments. Key responsibilities include leading investigations into workplace accidents and incidents, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), managing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution, developing training programs for all staff members.
