Experteer Overview As a Technical Account Manager at Google Cloud Consulting, you guide customers through their cloud journey and oversee successful Cloud Consulting engagements. You work with leadership across enterprises and cross-functional teams to shape transformation roadmaps and ensure smooth adoption of Google Cloud products. You address adoption blockers, drive feature development, and coordinate multi-stream delivery to scale customer success. This role offers the chance to influence large-scale cloud transformations and collaborate with diverse partners.
Compensaciones / Incentivos • Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by guiding the implementation journey • Provide technical guidance, manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies • Advocate for customer needs to unblock adoption and drive new feature development • Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders (C-suite and IT leadership) and craft roadmaps • Lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to align business and technical needs • Coordinate customer events and launches with Support, Engineering, and SRE to ensure successful outcomes • Guide issues and escalations in collaboration with Support to reach resolution • Develop best practices and reusable assets to scale initiatives through partners
Responsabilidades • 5 years in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders and driving technical implementations or transformation programs • Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, including launch, capacity planning, or release management • Fluent in English and one of Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, or Dutch for regional client management • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience • Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions (preferred) • Understanding of IT operations, networking, security, and cloud-native development (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client management skills (preferred)
