To support our growth and product evolution, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape Zepo's visual identity and create the assets that make our brand impossible to ignore.
Who are we looking for?
A Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments, working closely with product, marketing, and sales teams. Someone who:
* Balances strong creative vision with brand consistency and business goals
* Owns visual quality end-to-end, from concept to final asset
* Thrives in fast-paced startup environments with evolving requirements
* Is excited about building a category-defining brand in cybersecurity and AI
What you will do
* Contribute to the definition of Zepo's Branding Strategy & Visual Identity : brand attributes, tone of voice, color palette, brand manual, key visual assets, visual guidelines, and public-facing decks
* Propose, pitch, and lead creative campaigns for quarterly business milestones : concept, visual direction, and end-to-end execution
* Produce sales support materials on a day-to-day basis: decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards aligned with current positioning and sales motion
* Design and deliver best-in-class static and motion assets for product launches : key visuals, launch kits, hero assets, and storytelling materials coordinated with Product and Marketing
* Create and maintain evergreen marketing materials across B2B channels (LinkedIn, web, events, email): brand templates, social assets, and event materials that stay consistent across markets and over time
* Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, localization, and iteration at scale — defining workflows and documenting best practices for AI-assisted design
* Set creative and technical standards for the team, and mentor junior designers on both craft and AI usage
What will make you succeed
* 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand, or creative production, ideally in B2B SaaS or fast-paced tech environments
* Proven experience owning creative projects end-to-end, from concept to execution and iteration
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and marketing campaign execution, with emphasis on the rationale behind key creative decisions
* Advanced proficiency in:
* Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
* Generative AI tools for image, copy, and ideation
* Experienced in integrating AI into everyday design workflows. Not just as a shortcut, but as a production standard
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Based in Madrid
* Thinks in systems, not just assets, and cares about scalability as much as craft
* Proactive and opinionated, comfortable making decisions while staying open to feedback.
Bonus points if you have
* Experience building or evolving a brand identity from early stage in a startup environment
* Background in designing for international markets or multilingual asset production
* Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise risk narratives
* Familiarity with web design principles and working alongside front-end developers
