Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation:
Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs.
Station Support:
Keep your assigned station clean, organized, and stocked during service.
Learning:
Follow recipes and instructions accurately, developing skills and techniques as directed.
Teamwork:
Work closely with chefs de partie and other kitchen employees to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Hygiene & Safety:
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Some experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training preferred.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to hygiene and safe working practices.
