Job Description: We are looking for a driven Social Media Community Manager to join our growing team. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will manage social media accounts, assess inbound messages, and engage with audiences.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a community or social media manager
* Fluent or C2 level in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
* Experience in external communications and copywriting
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms
* Problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
* Attention to detail and ability to explain complex processes
* Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts
