Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Export Manager, LATAM with proven experience in managing and developing international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving international business expansion, strengthening relationships with foreign clients, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial strategies for international markets.
* Manage and expand the portfolio of international clients, ensuring long-term relationships.
* Analyze target markets and identify new business opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, administration) to ensure successful export operations.
* Attend international trade fairs and industry events.
* Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Requirements
* Degree in Economics, International Business, or related fields.
* Solid experience (min. 3–5 years) in a similar role. Background in motorcycle accessories is a strong plus.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Knowledge of Portuguese is desirable.
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently abroad.
* Problem-solving attitude and strong result orientation.
