We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join a busy 60m dual season private/charter motor yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, creative chef looking to take full ownership of the galley and work alongside a dynamic, professional crew.

Position Details
- Role: Head Chef
- Start Date: Mid-May
- Rotation: 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off
- Salary: DOE
- Program: Busy dual season private & charter
- Cruising Area: Med / Caribbean
- Onboard: 12 Guests / 15 Crew
The Role You will be responsible for delivering exceptional, high‑end cuisine for both guest and crew, maintaining the highest standards at all times. Working closely with your Sous Chef, you will lead the galley with confidence, creativity, and organisation, ensuring smooth operations in both private and charter settings.

Candidate Profile
- Proven longevity in previous roles
- Experience managing and mentoring a Sous Chef
- Strong background in both charter and private programs
- Ability to produce refined, high‑end cuisine under pressure
- Highly organised, adaptable, and team‑oriented
- Confident catering to a variety of dietary requirements
- Excellent references
Required Certifications
- Ships Cook Certificate
- Valid ENG1
- STCW
- Level 3 Food Hygiene
- PDSD
- Relevant visas for Mediterranean cruising
