Mission
: As a
UX/UI Designer
you will be responsible for designing innovative solutions for frontend/client and user-facing products, with a strategic approach that positively impacts the business. You will lead design systems initiatives to streamline the production of frontend products, collaborating efficiently with the engineering team.
Functions
:
Collaborate with Product Owners and internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
Design frontend/client and patient-facing product solutions
Collaborate with engineering team to efficiently implement designs
Lead design systems initiatives to streamline the production of frontend products
Mandatory service experience:
Proficient in Figma (minimum of 3 years of experience using it with a development team).
Experience in building B2B and B2C products
Experience in dashboard design
Experience in creating design systems
Engineering experience (Healthanea is a highly complex technical product)
Ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to adapt in a context with numerous uncertainties
English environment.
