Right now, we are looking for a Sales Manager M/W to join our Sales team.
What will you do in your day-to-day?
Manages the commercial interface all along projects life cycle (development, mass production, aftersales), while developing long term relationship with the customer
Analyses the customer requests in cooperation with the internal organization (Engineering, Project, Costing, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing) and manages the commercial offers, in line with the company profitability policy
Business scope -under the KAM's responsibility- 20 to 30M€/year
In cooperation with the project leaders, manages the project sales & profitability monitoring
Negotiates design / process changes and disputes / claims related to projects in development
Supports Internal and External project reviews
Contributes to the BSS business and technology intelligence
Contributes to response to new RFQs
What we are looking for in you:
Ability to promote and sell technical products / solutions, understand customer requirements
Knowledge of Automotive industry
English and French required, another foreign language would be appreciated
Sales management and negotiation techniques
Good interpersonal skills - Oral and written expression
Thorough / Reliable / Accountable / Open / Ready to listen and work hard
Ability to teamwork, well organized
Must show initiative
Frequent trips in Europe / Morocco
What we offer:Flexible schedule: under a time recovery system, the schedule is as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M
Friday: 8:00 A.M to 2:00 P-M
