You'll play a strategic and technical leadership role across:
* Project Delivery - Leading major client implementations and acting as a ServiceNow SME* Team Leadership - Mentoring and supporting consultants and senior consultants, while driving development plans* Pre-Sales & Solutioning - Supporting new business opportunities and helping shape client outcomes* Platform Expertise - Staying hands-on in configuration, development, integration, and implementationThis is your chance to join a purpose-driven team where innovation is encouraged, and your contribution directly influences client outcomes and the future of our practice.Key Responsibilities Leadership & Growth* Lead, coach, and develop a team of talented ServiceNow professionals* Contribute to internal capability development, including training plans and methodology improvement* Support team wellbeing and professional growth through open communication and structured development programsProject Delivery* Lead discovery workshops, solution design, delivery, testing, and handover* Implement and configure ServiceNow modules in alignment with best practices* Act as the escalation point for complex platform and delivery issues* Ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performancePre-Sales* Collaborate with sales teams to support scoping, estimating, solution design and client presentations* Participate in demos, proof of concepts and proposal responses* Help shape customer roadmaps and influence platform adoption across enterprise environments* Maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow, including product specialists and account executivesWhat We're Looking For* 7-10 years' commercial ServiceNow consulting experience* Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and mentoring consultants* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)* Strong experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal* Ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes* Hands-on configuration, integration (e.G. MID Servers, APIs), and platform delivery experience* Commercial acumen and experience working across both pre-sales and delivery phasesHighly Regarded* ITIL Foundation certification* Experience with ServiceNow licensing models* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies (e.G.
