We are seeking a talented Event Manager to join our Constructor Knowledge Events/PR team, serving as the creative lead for online, offline, and hybrid events targeting prospects, partners, students, and the broader Constructor ecosystem. The role focuses on executing an annual event plan to drive attendee growth and achieve event goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, multi‑tasking, and time management skills, with the ability to enhance brand visibility, strengthen relationships, and support organizational growth through strategically crafted events. Events include town halls, business meetings, product launches, press events, partner summits, trade shows, and VIP experiences, both online and offline.

Responsibilities
* Develop Comprehensive Event Proposals: Create comprehensive proposals for events in Germany, Switzerland, and globally, detailing timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and budgets. Plan event layouts and agendas, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
* Speaker and Guest Management: Identify and secure speakers, special guests, and entertainment for each event, and provide exceptional support to all attendees, speakers, and other guests.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams, to promote events and provide support for communications initiatives.
* Event Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate the success of each event, proposing innovative enhancements to improve the attendee experience. Forecast, measure, and report results on various projects, including content promotions, lead sharing, and event partnerships.
* Strategic Collaboration and Relationship Building: Work closely with the head of PR/Events and marketing teams to align event goals with existing and new partner relationships. Provide strategic guidance on engaging with media, analysts, and influencers.
* Concept Development and Execution: Brainstorm and implement new event plans, concepts, and formats.
* Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required to meet the company's objectives and goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Proven expertise in event planning and management, including speaker outreach, vendor relationship management, and sponsorship coordination. Experience in pitching, crafting, and placing content externally is highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Excellent negotiation skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
* Familiarity with key event logistics, including space management, audio/visual setups, decor and entertainment, signage, housing, and speaker coordination.
* Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams across diverse territories and time zones.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.
* Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
* Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic start‑up environment, embracing change and contributing proactively to evolving challenges.
* Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
