Yourmainmissionwillbetocollaborateandcontributetoprojectmanagementandtheplanning,production, andexecutionofeventsdevelopedwithinEDADrinks&WineCampus.
Ourmainareasofworkfocuson:
Management andsupporttothe Management Team:
* Preparedocumentation,presentations, andmanagementreports.
* FollowuponEDAprojectsandstrategicinitiatives.
* Coordinatemeetingswithinternalandexternalstakeholders(wineries,institutions,orotheragents).
* Supporttheadministrative andoperationalmanagementoftheEDAproject.
* Co-designeachEDAevent.
* Plantheneedsandresourcesofeachevent,ensuringqualityprocesses.
* Executeand superviseeventproduction.
* Coordinatedifferentteamsandsuppliers.
* Documentthefinancialclosureofeachevent.
* Evaluateclientsatisfaction.
Requirements
Doyouidentifywiththefollowingcharacteristics?
* Youhave a Bachelor´s Degree inGastronomy,Tourism,EventManagement, BusinessAdministration,ora similarfield.
* Youhaveexperienceinprojectmanagementand/oreventproduction.
* Youhaveorganizational,planning, and multitaskingskills.
* Youpossesscommunicationandcoordinationskillswithdifferentteams.
* Youare proactive andresults-oriented.
* Itwillmakeadifferenceif:
* YouarecomfortableinteractinginSpanish,Basque, and English (C1).
* Youhaveexperienceorinterestinthewineandbeveragesector.
* Youhaveworkedinacademic,research,orinnovationcenterenvironment
* Youhaveexperiencemanagingeventsininternationaland multiculturalsettings.
* Youhaveknowledgeofprojectmanagement.
