What You\'ll BringWe're looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Spain team.TransUnion is a major credit reference agency, and we offer specialist services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning and demographics.
We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.Day to Day You'll BeResponsible for managing the overall relationship with assigned accounts; identifying key decision makers, influencers, buyers and sponsorsLead and coordinate resources for client-facing business reviews and internal account planning sessionsFacilitate both client facing and internal sales meetings, ensuring appropriate resource participationCollaborate with Industry Executives and matrix partners to drive adoption of new product opportunitiesServe as your customer\'s advocate; deeply understanding their business model and position within the market, and converting this knowledge into successful engagements with TransUnionOwn the account planning process, and determine the most strategic initiatives and priorities for your customersReview usage gaps and expansion opportunities alongside internal stakeholdersStrong work ethic and a demonstrated track record of retaining and growing a client baseExperience managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying a need, to developing the solution with a measurable value prop, to closing the deal and seeing it through to implementationExcellent interpersonal, customer relationship management, and organizational skills desiredFluent in negotiating complex agreements and communicating technical conceptsStrong face-to-face and virtual presentation and meeting facilitation skillsIntellectual curiosity, attention to detail, high energy, drive to win, an ability to multitask and work creatively to resolve client issuesAbility to champion new ideas, initiate change, think "outside of the box," and drive innovationProficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtual meeting software (Teams, Zoom, etc)Bachelor's degree, preferably business relatedMinimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably related to fraud prevention, SaaS, ID/Device verification services, IT services, to sectors such as banks, finance, fintech, neobanks, gaming, payments or similarExtensive consulting selling experience with strong ability to identify client's critical business issues and aligned solutions that solve their problemsAbility to communicate business cases and value propositions of solutionsA strong client network is preferredAble to build credibility and strong relationships (internal and external)Ability to communicate and present at all levels including senior managementAccustomed to negotiating deals with a long closing periodAbility to travel up to 25%Languages: Spanish native speaker.
Fluent English.
