Guardian Industries is hiring a Production Process Engineer to join our team in Tudela, Navarra.
The employee should be prepared to work in a fast‑paced, transformation‑driven culture grounded in Market‑Based Management (PBM).
This role requires a strong sense of urgency, the ability to manage competing priorities, and alignment with our Operations Vision. The Process Engineer will be a key contributor to fabrication development and long‑term value creation.
As a valued person of the Team, this position will have the opportunity to work directly with reliability team, transformation project engineering team, warehouse, supply chain, sales, purchasing, etc.

What You Will Do
* Build a foundational understanding of the glass production line, including applying root cause analysis to address performance and quality issues.
* Develop safe, compliant, and reliable operations through standard work procedures and statistical process control.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization and manage projects to implement solutions.
* Ownership of output quality, production performance metrics, and process waste.
* Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving events.
* Support Operations in a 24/7/365 manufacturing environment.
* Training production operators and working collaboratively with them to improve processes.
* Opportunity to develop expertise in float processes and equipment to support troubleshooting and process improvements.
* Build expertise in float processes and equipment to strengthen troubleshooting, reliability and process improvements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial/Operations, Materials Science, Chemistry).
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a cross-functional team (leading or supporting initiatives as needed).
* Experience operating, supporting, or improving manufacturing production processes.
* Ability to use statistical methods and data analysis to improve production processes.
* Experience working with customers to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
