In this role you will define and conduct tests for locomotive brake control systems within TCMS environments, leveraging HIL/SIL methods. You will collaborate across functions to ensure test coverage from requirements to commissioning, driving reusable test assets and documenting results.
You’ll stay current with locomotive control technologies and contribute to innovations in braking and drive systems. This position offers international exposure and a hybrid working setup, aligning with Siemens Mobility’s mission to enhance mobility infrastructure.

- Design, develop and execute vehicle tests (HIL/SIL) for TCMS software for locomotives, focusing on braking systems
- Emphasize reusability of test results for product and platform strategies

- Stay updated on locomotive control technologies, braking and drive innovations
Responsabilidades
- University degree in engineering or related field
- Several years of TCMS system/software testing experience
- ISTQB or equivalent certification and TCMS developer experience (ideal)
- Experience with railway systems and electrical interfaces
- Knowledge of railway brake systems (ideal)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally
