Overview
We\'re seeking a Data Analyst interested in team management (Tech Lead)!
Responsibilities
* Act as the lead data analyst for IT project deliverables, responsible for capturing workflow requirements and documenting final outputs.
* Identify strategic data sources and evaluate any gaps or impacts.
* Lead the implementation of technology solutions to automate tasks and streamline reporting processes.
* Collaborate with solution architects, BI teams, and data analysts to define the target state.
* Demonstrate strong experience with data mapping, data flows, and technical documentation.
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Experience in writing functional requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
* Ability to create / manage workflow plans and mitigate risks.
* Knowledge of AWS.
* Interest in chatbot / AI training workflows.
