This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in one of the most critical areas of our supply chain, combining operational excellence with innovative project execution. You will play a key role in ensuring end-to-end (E2E) repacking operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will have the responsibility to monitor and execute logistics projects within the warehouse, ensuring alignment with operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. A significant portion of our portfolio requires repacking before reaching the market, so agility and proactive problem-solving are essential.**Responsibilities*** Repacking Operations Leadership* Own and manage E2E repacking processes, ensuring flawless execution and cost optimization.* Lead conversations with external suppliers, driving high service levels and operational excellence.* Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including Demand Planning and CSP (teams across Marketing and Trade Marketing).* Project Execution & Process Improvement* Collaborate on logistics projects within the warehouse, including automation initiatives with our operators.* Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.* Support execution of strategic projects that enhance efficiency and scalability.* Supervise repacking of Unilever products (food, personal care, home care) according to brand guidelines and project timings.* Monitor inventory of packaging materials and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.* Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to meet customer service levels and OTIF targets.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Unilever’s sustainability goals (reduce waste, optimize packaging).**About You*** Experience: 2–5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations (preferably with repacking or warehouse projects).* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new opportunities.* Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.* Proficiency in project coordination and vendor management.Be part of a general leader committed to sustainability and innovation.
