Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Technical Leader on site in Valdepeñas, you will lead technical operations for a key project within a multinational engineering group. You’ll supervise staff, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve efficiency. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and other departments to ensure robust manufacturing processes. - Staff supervision and training: mentor and guide new employees; monitor performance; implement mentoring programs; report lessons learned weekly
- Quality and process assurance: ensure correct manufacturing execution; work with quality to anticipate failures; create and manage quality notices

- Higher or Intermediate Vocational Qualification in Systems and Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or Electronics, or related fields
- IPC certification relevant to the role
- ESD training
- At least 10 years’ experience in technical roles within the field
