**Role Description**
This is a part-time hybrid role (with potential to grow into full-time) for a Team Assistant located in Marbella. You will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, managing calendars, communicating/following up with clients, finding new marketing strategies, managing social media, preparing property selections, online advertising and other ad hoc tasks. Additionally, this role offers the ability for remote work and autonomy.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish and additional languages are highly valued
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Chat GPT and other productivity tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Previous experience in a similar administrative support role, preferably within the real estate sector, is highly valued
- Highly reliable and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead with the ability to work well in a team and independently
- Eligible to work in Spain and with your own car
