* Develop and maintain the integration architecture strategy,roadmap, and standards for the organization.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirementsand translate them into effective integration solutions.
* Design, implement, and oversee the development of scalable, secure,and resilient integration solutions using industry-standard technologies(e.g., ESB, API management platforms).
* Evaluate and select appropriate integration patterns, protocols,and tools based on business needs.
* Ensure alignment of integration solutions with enterprisearchitecture principles, standards, and patterns.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunitiesfor process automation and system interoperability through integrations.
* Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes or new initiativeson existing integrations.
* Define data mapping rules, transformation logic, error handlingmechanisms, and performance optimization strategies for integrations.
* Monitor performance metrics of integrations to ensure optimalsystem performance and scalability.
* Stay updated with emerging trends in integration technologies andrecommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
Requirements
For this position, you need...
* Strong analytical skills with the ability totroubleshoot complex technical issues related to integrations.
* Excellent communication skills with the abilityto effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven experience as an IT Integration Architector similar role within complex enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of integration technologies suchas Enterprise ServiceBus (ESB), API management platforms, messagingsystems (e.g., JMS), etc.
* Solid understanding of enterprise architectureprinciples, frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), and best practices.
* Experience designing scalable, secure, andresilient integration solutions in both cloud-based and on-premisesenvironments.
* Familiarity with various data exchange formats(e.g., XML, JSON) and protocols (e.g., RESTful APIs).
* Proficiency in at least oneprogramming language commonly used in integration development (e.g.,Java).
