Digital Marketing Manager (Strategy + Execution) — Remote (Europe preferred) About Ronda. Vet

Ronda. Vet is an all-in-one platform that connects veterinary practices directly with locum vets and RVNs—no intermediaries. Our two-way review system improves transparency and reliability in the locum market and helps rebuild trust between practices and professionals. For practices, Ronda streamlines admin with tools like calendar views, locum comparison, and direct negotiation. For locums, map and calendar features make scheduling and travel planning simple. We’re transforming how veterinary locum work is booked in the UK—and we’re scaling fast.

The Role We’re looking for a

senior digital marketer (5+ years experience) who can

own our marketing strategy and execute independently

in a lean, fast-moving team. This is a

remote-first

role (hybrid optional if you’re London-based).

You’ll be responsible for building and running a marketing engine that consistently produces content, campaigns, and measurable growth across key channels. Location/time zone:

Europe preferred (CET/UK time overlap)

Type:

Full-time remote (contractor or employee, depending on fit)

Tracking:

This role requires use of a

time tracker

and simple weekly reporting (output + key metrics) What You’ll Do

Strategy & Planning

Build and maintain a clear

marketing strategy

(ICP, positioning, messaging, channel plan, quarterly goals)

Create a

weekly execution plan

and keep delivery consistent

Run market/competitor research and turn insights into actionable campaigns

Execution & Growth

Create and manage campaigns across

Meta / Google / Linked In

(as relevant), including creative testing and optimisation

Improve funnel performance with data-driven iteration (landing pages, lead capture, conversion basics) Build and run

email campaigns

and automations (Mailchimp or similar)

Content & Creative Plan and manage social media content calendars Edit video and images

for social content (short-form is important)

Produce or coordinate ad creatives and content assets (you don’t need to be a designer, but you must be able to ship)

Measurement Track key performance metrics (CAC/CPA, CPL, conversion rates, engagement, pipeline impact) Provide a simple

weekly KPI snapshot

+ monthly insights and next steps

What Success Looks Like (first 60–90 days) A clear strategy + channel priorities aligned with business goals Consistent content cadence (social + email) that supports growth objectives Improved campaign performance through structured testing (creative, audiences, messaging) A simple reporting rhythm the team can trust and act on

Requirements (Must Have)5+ years

in digital marketing with evidence of results (metrics, case studies, examples)

Strong in

marketing strategy + hands-on execution

(you can do both)

Comfortable managing and optimising campaigns on

Meta / Google / Linked In

(at least two of these strongly)

Experience with

social media planning/management

and

basic video/image editing

Experience running email marketing

(Mailchimp or similar)

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Excellent English communication; Spanish is a plus Able to work

independently

, proactively, and reliably in an async environment

Comfortable using

time tracking

and documenting work clearly

Nice to Have B2 B Saa S experience (especially marketplace / platform businesses) Familiarity with the veterinary sector SEO/content strategy experience CRO/landing page optimisation experience Notion / Hub Spot / GA4 / Looker Studio experience

Tools (examples) Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, GA4/Search Console, Notion, Canva/Figma, Cap Cut/Premiere (or equivalent) Engagement and Compensation

Preferably contractor (freelance) for long term.

Compensation is adaptable and depends on experience, scope, and availability. Please include your expected monthly rate (USD, EUR or GBP) and your preferred hours/week
