We're seeking an experienced
Key Account Manager
to join our dynamic team in
Madrid !
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain key partnerships for long-term customer success.Create strategic customer development plans in collaboration with sales and other departments.Drive new projects through an omnichannel approach, offering expert consulting.Expand the customer base and represent KAISER+KRAFT at trade fairs.Monitor and optimize sales performance using KPI analysis.Lead contract negotiations and implement eProcurement solutions.Maintain accurate customer records for seamless stakeholder management.
Professional Requirements
Key Account Management expertise with a proven track record.Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.Sales experience with a customer-focused, solution-driven approach.Technical proficiency in planning documents and equipment specifications.Highly organized, ambitious, and success-oriented team player.Class B driving license with a strong willingness to travel.Spanish native speaker with advanced English proficiency preferred
