Any future role will be subject to client award, contract execution, operational requirements, credentialing, medical fitness, security screening, site access approval and final mobilisation approval. /ppbr/ppbPotential Responsibilities /b /ppThe Medical Operations Lead / Medical Project Manager may be required to support: /pulliDay-to-day coordination of deployed medical facility operations. /liliWorkforce scheduling, duty rosters, leave cover and surge planning. /liliOperational readiness across clinic, ambulance and emergency response functions. /liliCoordination with Aspen leadership, prime contractor interfaces, client representatives and site stakeholders. /liliIncident reporting, operational documentation and readiness reporting. /liliPersonnel credentialing, training and compliance record oversight. /liliSOP implementation, clinical governance support and quality assurance. /liliEquipment readiness, vehicle readiness, stock control and logistics coordination. /liliSite induction, safety briefings, drills and training. /liliEscalation of risks, incidents, capability gaps and resource constraints. /liliMobilisation, demobilisation and operational transition support where required. /li /ulpbr/ppbEssential Requirements /b /ppApplicants should have: /pulliBackground in healthcare operations, paramedicine, nursing, military medicine, emergency response, remote healthcare or medical project management. /liliExperience leading multidisciplinary teams in deployed, remote, humanitarian, field hospital, defence contractor, offshore or emergency healthcare settings. /liliUnderstanding of clinical governance, operational reporting, incident management and readiness assurance. /liliStrong English communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills. /liliAbility to work in a deployed, multinational and operationally controlled environment. /liliAbility to complete background checks, medical fitness screening, security requirements and site access procedures. /li /ulpbr/ppbDesirable Experience /b /ppMilitary medical leadership experience is desirable.
