WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related field, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in IT solution development or solution architecture, ideally with exposure to supply chain projectsProven experience in designing and implementing integrations between applications (ERP, eCommerce, OMS, WMS)Hands-on experience with APIs for system integrations (REST/SOAP)Experience using Azure Integration Services and building/running queries in databases, primarily Oracle and SnowflakeUnderstanding of agile methods and experience supporting agile project teams by advising on opportunities, impact, and technical risksAbility to effectively communicate in English at all organizational levelsExperience working in global environments and collaborating with virtual teamsExposure to multiple technologies and environments: cloud and on-premises solutions, synchronous/asynchronous architectures, microservices, event-driven architecturesAbility to propose technical solutions to business problems and assess their financial impactGood understanding of strategic, emerging technologies and how to apply them in evolving business and supply chain contexts
WHAT WILL YOU DO?Define and document the overall solution architecture for supply chain systemsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirementsEvaluate and select appropriate technologies and integration platforms for ERP, OMS, WMS, and eCommerce solutionsDesign and lead the integration of applications across the supply chain ecosystemDevelop and maintain the architecture for a broader scope of supply chain products and platformsDeliver architectural designs for products or product groups, providing inputs to the roadmapDefine guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure integrations align with enterprise architecture visionLead the implementation and integration of technical architecture across multiple supply chain platformsIdentify organizational and financial impacts of proposed solutionsMonitor existing solution portfolio to identify gaps and improve architectural complianceWork closely with Tech Leads, BAs, Product Managers, and Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide architecture
