What are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive Junior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support various legal functions.
In the Ibero American Legal division, we are looking for a person who can help us in the following activities:
* Document Drafting: Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, policies and memos. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.
* Document Review: Organize and review legal documents, ensuring they are properly cataloged and accessible.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, such as filing, appointment scheduling, and maintaining organized legal documents.
* Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations.
* Support Senior Legal Counsels in managing legal matters and projects.
* Prepare all type of presentations.
* Manage IA tools.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support.
* Participate in compliance initiatives and training programs.
* Support in budget and expenses.

* Basic knowledge of accountancy and finance.
Education level and experience:
* Degree in Law or double degree in law and ADE
* 1-3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferable in a corporate law
Language:
* Native Spanish and fluent in English
