About the profile
Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Middle Microsoft Administrator to join our team of professionals. As a Microsoft Administrator you will be responsible of IT Infrastructure support (L2-L3) working together with a team of IT Professionals.
Tasks
* Design\Deploy\Support the IT Infrastructure solutions based on the Microsoft Technology Stack
* Troubleshooting complex issues \ L2-L3 support
Requirements
* Must have
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, process-oriented approach, ability to create documentation and knowledge base articles
* 3+ years of experience in delivering solutions based on one of the major Microsoft Infrastructure technologies:
* Azure Cloud \ Microsoft 365
* Modern Workplace (SCCM and\or Intune)
* Windows Server Platform
* Any of the following would be beneficial:
* Practical understanding of the backup and disaster recovery solutions
* Hands-on experience of installing, configuring, and managing the infrastructure monitoring solutions
* Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
* Understanding of the ITIL \ ITSM methodology (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Change Management, CMDB, etc.)
