Behyve is a booking platform for premium on-demand services in Ibiza and other destination markets. We connect guests, residents, and hospitality partners (villas, hotels, concierges, yacht and rental companies) with trusted local service providers—such as beauty and wellness, treatments, sports, lifestyle and other in-home or on-location services. About the role As our Account Manager for Ibiza, you will take full ownership of our core market. You will ensure we have the right mix of service providers to meet demand, manage key provider relationships, and build a strong partner network across hotels, concierges, villa rental companies, boat operators, and agencies. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Ibiza, moves fast, and can build and maintain high-quality local relationships.
Own the Ibiza market end-to-end: supply coverage, quality, and partner relationships
Source, onboard, and manage service providers; drive performance and availability standards
Build partnerships with hotels, concierges, villa managers, boat companies, and agencies to generate recurring requests
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
existing network is a major plus
Experience in concierge, hospitality, account management, or partnerships
Additional languages (German/French/Italian) are a plus
Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus.
