Young Hotels is a dynamic and growing hospitality brand expanding across Ibiza, Valencia, and Alicante. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at our charming 7-room hotel in La Vall de Laguar.
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hotel Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience. This position involves handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, providing information about the hotel and local area, and assisting with guest requests to ensure a pleasant stay.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest service – Welcoming guests and providing outstanding hospitality
2. Reservations & booking management – Handling bookings and availability efficiently
3. Communication & coordination – Liaising with guests and internal teams
4. Administrative tasks – Managing records, payments, and front desk operations
5. Problem-solving & customer satisfaction – Addressing guest concerns and ensuring a smooth stay
Key Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Knowledge of booking systems & payment processing
3. Computer proficiency & familiarity with hotel management software
4. Ability to multitask & problem-solve in a dynamic environment
5. Team-oriented with a flexible and detail-oriented approach
