Your profile:
* 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles is a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent communication skills — eloquent and capable of establishing strong relationships with property partners.
* Empathetic and understanding, able to advocate effectively for Spotahome’s partners.
* Obsessed with customer experience.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong verbal and communication skills, capable of articulating value propositions to stakeholders.

Your mission:
* Serve as the primary contact for key property partners, managing and nurturing relationships.
* Optimize your partners' portfolios to maximize listings and property availability.
* Track, analyze, and report on portfolio performance.
* Identify inefficiencies, advise on solutions, and implement improvements to maximize bookings.
* Develop strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
* Manage account matters such as listings, availability, payments, bookings, and issue resolution promptly.
