* Location: San Agustín de Guadalix, Madrid
* Hybrid model: 2 days remote working per week
* Salary: €65,000 gross/year depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement security controls in SAP S/4HANA and related systems.
* Manage roles, authorisations, and segregation of duties (SoD).
* Define and govern SAP security standards aligned with corporate policies.
* Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of security measures.
* Manage internal and external audits, including remediation activities.
* Implement digital identity, access management, and data protection solutions.
* Participate in SAP migration, upgrade, or new implementation projects.
* Contribute to the creation or enhancement of the Security Operations Center (SOC) to detect and respond to threats.
Technical Requirements
* +10 years of experience in SAP Security. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security
* Deep knowledge of SAP roles and authorisations, Fiori, SUIM, SU24, PFCG.
* Experience with GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
* Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM).
* Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
* Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
* Nice to have: experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP BTP Security.

* Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
