.HP Global Marketing Agency Practice CoordinatorDescription -The HP Marketing Agency Practice team is a Center of Excellence (COE) within the Marketing organization, reporting into the Chief Creative Officer (CCO). We provide agency subject matter expertise via consultation of agencies to global to market HP Marketers, and manage the overarching strategy to define the approved Creative Agency partners that HP Marketers engages with in support of our business needs. Our dual role,
interfaces with all approved external agencies inclusive of support in new business development and relationship management on behalf of the HP Marketing organization as a whole.Additionally,we are focused on meeting and exceeding the Marketing organizations ensure our Agency partners share our foundational values of diversity and sustainable impact. About the role: We are in search of an Intermediate resource to join our Marketing Agency Practice team. This person will interact with cross-functional organizations across HP Marketing – Business, Markets, Automation, Ops, Finance, Procurement teams and with external Agency partners in support of the respective Agency Strategist both locally and globally.The ideal candidate is intrigued by data, cross collaboration and relationship development skills to interface with internal & external partners. Specific activities included but are not limited to the following. The skillset level required: Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. Primary responsibilities:Agency Management support: HP Agency Marketplace management (centralized site for all HP Marketers and external preferred HP Agencies for search/selection of right partner for Marketing needs and performance reviews) Manage admin access, add new stakeholders/Agency profiles Quarterly data cleanse of Agency profiles – ensuring profiles are maintained/fresh contentSupport in extracting performance reporting for both HP Marketing business unit/market teams and preferred HP AgenciesManage Agency issues with platformEvaluate feedback from Agency Marketplace Sentiment Tracker from HP Marketers, or preferred Agencies related to performance, resourcing or capabilities. Upon review, flag to relevant Agency Strategist, MMO,GIP or Finance team, etc
