What You’ll Do
* Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
* Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month‑end/year‑end close processes.
* Participate in monthly closing processes, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing.
* Assist with the annual audit process, including drafting financial statements and related notes.
* Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across different countries to support audits, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Optimize accounting processes and contribute to ERP system improvements and integrations.
* Act as a key point of contact for financial queries and support decision‑making with accurate data.
Requirements
* 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent experience).
* Experience working in international environments.
* Native in Spanish with a high level of English (B2 or above); other languages are a plus.
* Hands‑on experience with multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
