About the Position
Lyseon is seeking a Liaison Engineer to serve as a critical technical intermediary between our automotive clients and our development teams. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge ensuring project success by managing technical and cultural communication between our offices in Spain and Japan .
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Liaison: Represent the company before the client, leading follow-up meetings and managing technical project requirements.
* On-site Support: Provide direct technical assistance to the client's development teams, resolving incidents and ensuring a seamless flow of information with the headquarters.
* Milestone Validation: Supervise project deliverables and ensure client feedback is correctly implemented in the development of sheet metal parts and surfaces.
* Documentation Control: Manage bilingual technical documentation and ensure the correct interpretation of design specifications.
Candidate Profile
* Education: Degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, or Industrial) or equivalent accredited technical experience.
* Languages (Mandatory): Advanced/Bilingual level of Japanese and fluency in Spanish and/or English .
* Mobility: Availability to travel and reside in Japan 50% of the time .
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solver, and the autonomy to work in high-demand international environments.

応募資格
* 学歴・職歴: 工学学位（自動車、機械、または産業工学）保持者、あるいは同等の技術的実務経験をお持ちの方。
* 語学力（必須）: 日本語（上級・ビジネスレベル以上） 、および スペイン語または英語 に堪能な方。
* 移動・出張: 業務時間の 50％を日本 での滞在・勤務に充てられる方。
* ソフトスキル: 高いコミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力、そして国際的な高負荷環境下で自律的に業務を遂行できる方。

Sobre la posición
Lyseon busca un Ingeniero de Enlace para actuar como interlocutor técnico crítico entre nuestros clientes del sector automoción y nuestros equipos de desarrollo. El candidato ideal será el puente que garantice el éxito de los proyectos, gestionando la comunicación técnica y cultural entre las sedes de España y Japón .
Responsabilidades principales
* Interlocución Técnica: Representar a la compañía ante el cliente, liderando las reuniones de seguimiento y gestionando los requisitos técnicos de los proyectos.
* Soporte In-situ: Brindar asistencia técnica directa a los equipos de desarrollo del cliente, resolviendo incidencias y asegurando el flujo de información con la oficina central.
* Validación de Hitos: Supervisar los entregables del proyecto y asegurar que el feedback del cliente se implemente correctamente en el desarrollo de piezas de chapa y superficies.
* Control de Documentación: Gestionar la documentación técnica bilingüe y asegurar la correcta interpretación de las especificaciones de diseño.
Perfil del candidato
* Formación: Grado en Ingeniería (Automoción, Mecánica o Industrial) o experiencia técnica equivalente acreditada.
* Idiomas (Imprescindible): Nivel avanzado/bilingüe de Japonés y fluidez en Español y/o Inglés .
* Movilidad: Disponibilidad para viajar y residir el 50% del tiempo en Japón .
* Soft Skills: Excelente capacidad de comunicación, perfil resolutivo y autonomía para trabajar en entornos internacionales de alta exigencia.
