* 5+ years expertise within Dynamics 365 (CRM)
* Technical Microsoft platform knowhow ( Power Platform, Power Pages, Azure, Power Automate )
* Strong Dynamics development knowhow (C#, java script, .Net, azure portal)
* Experience Sales and Customer Service modules
* Architecture knowhow is a plus
* Interfaces
* Demonstrated capability in successfully implementing MSD projects in complex environments
* Middleware
* Proven track record in the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Demonstrated expertise in deploying and configuring Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems to meet business requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE product line and related Microsoft technologies (Azure, SQL Server, SSRS, Power Platform, Power Automate etc).
- Create the technical vision based on business requirements and lead the development of a systems solution.
- Collaborate with various subject matter experts in defining the optimal solution.
- Manage business/project risk and mitigate or communicate these effectively.
- Contribute to Management, Strategy, Governance, Leadership, and consulting experience.
