Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the site energy and sustainability program within FMRE, driving decarbonization, energy efficiency, and resource optimization to support production. You’ll align technical energy management with strategic roadmaps and sustainability governance, delivering measurable improvements for Illescas and Getafe sites. You will manage ISO 50001, oversee turnkey efficiency projects, and push digitalization for real-time energy insights, balancing operational needs with environmental goals. - Implement the FMRE sustainability roadmap at site level focused on decarbonization and energy/resource efficiency
- Lead the Energy Management System (ISO 50001) including compliance, audits and continuous improvement
- Manage turnkey efficiency projects (CAPEX/OPEX) from technical assessment to execution
- Oversee energy billing, supply contracts and assigned budgets for cost-optimization
- Drive digitalization using tools (BMS, eSight) for real-time data analysis and optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with Production and FALs to balance operations with energy-saving targets and sustainability governanceResponsabilidades
- Engineering degree (Master level preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in Energy Management and Sustainability in industrial environments
- Proven ISO 50001 expertise, energy markets knowledge, and digital energy-monitoring tools
- Strong communication and negotiation, analytical mindset, proactive approach to customer satisfaction and innovation
- Advanced English and Spanish (C1)
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Spain and support FMRE broader functionsRequisitos principales
